1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeadFindr's services (a product owned, developed, and operated by WebAnaya Solutions), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

LeadFindr provides a SaaS platform for lead discovery, AI-powered lead scoring, website audits, and outreach tools. Our services are designed to help businesses find and engage with potential customers.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or harvest data without permission

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

6. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) & Third-Party APIs

LeadFindr operates as a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) / Bring Your Own Credentials (BYOC) SaaS platform. To utilize certain core features of the platform—including, but not limited to, AI lead scoring, email outreach (SMTP/IMAP), Meta WhatsApp campaigns, lead enrichment services, and web scraping—you must supply your own third-party API keys or account credentials.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are directly responsible for all usage, costs, billing, and fees incurred on any third-party API keys or accounts connected to LeadFindr.
• You must comply with the terms of service, policies, and guidelines of all connected third-party providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Apify, and Hunter.io).
• LeadFindr has no control over, and accepts no liability for, any billing issues, service limitations, account suspensions, or disruptions caused by third-party API providers.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeadFindr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with providing our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeadFindr be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadFindr from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
